Do you sell CD recordings of your conferences?
Yes. At the time of registration you may choose to add on a CD recording of the event. If you cannot attend the live conference we also have a "CD Only" option. The CDs are audio-only but include a link to download the presentation slides in PDF format (you’ll have to click through yourself). We also sell CDs of some of our past conferences. You can see a list of available CDs by clicking here.

What is a Web Audio Conference?
A Web Audio Conference is a live event that includes handout materials and an interactive question and answer period.

How Do These Conferences Work?
Our conferences contain audio and visual elements. The audio is handled over a telephone line. The visuals, including presentation slides and interactive elements such as text chat, are handled via an online slide browser through your computer’s Internet connection.
The slide browser does not work on Macintosh platforms unless a PC emulator is used. However, the presentation slides are provided in PDF format prior to the event.

How Does the Question and Answer Period Work?
During the conference, the moderator will instruct you on the simple steps for how to ask questions of the speakers.

How Do I Register?
Use the order links on the online conference description pages to order with a credit card. Conference registrations cover up to three participants on one line. For special rates for additional participants or additional lines please e-mail: Nicole.Skarstad@incisivemedia.com or call 212-313-9248.

When Will I Receive Instructions on How to Attend?
As soon as you sign up, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. Your actual instructions will be e-mailed approximatley 24 hours before the conference. They will contain the number to call and the associated PIN plus the link to access the online presentation. They will also include a link to a PDF version of the presentation slides that will be used during the conference so that you can view and print it in advance. Login instructions will be emailed to the address given when you initially register for the conference.

Can My Colleagues Join Me?
Your webinar registration purchase is for up to three participants on one line. However, we do offer special pricing for more than three participants and for multiple lines. Please contact Nicole.Skarstad@incisivemedia.com or call 212-313-9248 for more information.

What If I Miss the Conference?
In general, no refunds are provided should you miss the conference. However, you can contact us after the event to order the CD recording. E-mail Nicole.Skarstad@incisivemedia.com or call 212-313-9248 for more information.

What If I Can’t View the Slides?
A link to download a PDF version of the presentation slides is provided with your log-in instructions. Should you be away from your computer or unable to log-on to the Web portion for any other reason, please print and use these slides as a backup during the conference.
